Welcome and thank you for visiting, this site contains mostly before/after retouching samples of photography and advertising mechanicals.

Retouched subject matter includes all materials and objects including food and beverage, auto, motorsports, people, beauty, skin, fabric and others.

A transplant from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I relocated to the DFW Metro about nine years ago and currently have twenty-five plus years of experience in the Design/Advertising-Production field. I learned photoshop 3.0 from studying the Photoshop-Bible on a MacPro 7200 back in 1994 and how to dodge and burn in an actual darkroom making prints from film. My education is in Graphic Design and Photography and specialty is retouching and digital imaging. Finishing projects that demand precise craftsmanship and technical skill with a sense of design and artistic sensibility is where I thrive and love doing. Working in several agencies as a designer, production guy and retoucher has provided me with a wide variety of problem solving opportunities. Always cool under pressure and with a can-do attitude, I am very confident in taking on any retouching opportunity. Art Directors, Photographers and Companies that provide these opportunities. My goal is to provide the highest quality achievable and exceed client expectations. In addition to retouching, my education is continuous and ever-expanding. Refining my problem-solving capabilities in all things web related along with 3D software, motion graphics and video editing are additional pursuits of mine. When I am not on a Mac, I enjoy spending time with my little Yorkie “Pickles” who loves to go on canoe excursions and being outdoors. I am also an avid fisherman and partake in pretty much all things outdoor and sports related including volleyball and golf followed by sipping a foamy beverage at the neighborhood biergarten.
